Um Koh Nang Yuan herum gibt es reizvolle Korallenriffe. 
Einige hundert Taucher und Schnorchler bevölkern an manchen Tagen die 3–12 m tiefen Buchten von Japanese Gardens.
Auch an der Westküste der beiden größeren Inseln gibt es interessante Unterwasserlandschaften zum Tauchen. Besonders faszinieren die Anemonenfische an den Twins.
Am nördlich vorgelagerten Green Rock locken Schildkröten und Höhlenlandschaften in 2–18 m Tiefe.
