At the end of Nopparat Thara Beach turn right and follow the road until you get to the t-junction with H4043. Turn right on H4043. At the Shell Gasoline Station take a left and follow the Highway H4 to Phuket. At KM108 you turn right and follow the signs to Phanom Bencha National Park. You will reach the entrance with the visitor center after 18 kilometers. You can walk the Nature Trail, it takes about 45 - 60 minutes or you can take a dip in the Huay To Waterfall.

From Khao Phanom Bencha you take the same road back until you get to H4. Turn right and follow the Highway until you reach Ao Luk Junction. Here you find a Tesco Lotus, some restaurants along the road and markets. Just before Ao Luk you turn left on H4039 and you can visit Than Boke Khorani National Park where a river runs through a natural grotto and is surrounded by a nice park. Food stalls at the entrance.

You then follow H4039 until you get to Laem Sak. Along the roads you see the rural life of Southern Thailand. Rubber Plantations, small farm houses and pineapple fields. The closer you get to the shore the more mangroves you will see.

At the end of the road is a small restaurant where you can have Thai food and refreshments.

You take the same road back, turn right on H4, but then take another right on H4033, that leads you to Tha Phom Klong Song Nam where the road ends. Visit the park if you feel like it. Tha Pom Klong Song Nam is well known for its crystal clear water stream. Sea water meets fresh water during the high tide resulting in a mixture of waters in the stream. Go back to the small village and take a right into H 4043 that takes you back to Ao Nang. Take another right into Nopparat Thara Road .

Going back you turn right on H4034 instead of taking the H4 Highway back. This road takes you through more picturesque scenery and rural Krabi. You will see friendly people waving at you, children bathing in ponds, small temples and shrines as well as mosques. The road takes you back to Ao Nang, take a right into Nopparat Thara Road.
