Phuket Carnival at Patong Beach

Phuket Carnival is scheduled on the 1st of November and was first held in 1975 on Patong Beach. The ceremony is held to celebrate and welcome the start of the year's high season and promote collaboration amongst business owners, the government sector and the public The process begins with morning rituals of alms-offering to the monks followed by fun and games such as water sports competitions, beauty queen pageant amongst foreign visitors and much more.
