Sirinath National Park


Sirinat National Park was officially declared as a national park on July 13, 1981. It is located 30 kilometers from Phuket City and visitors can get there by following Thepkasattri Road passing the intersection on the left for about 10 kilometers.
Alternatively, visitors can take the route towards the airport, turn left and go straight for 4 kilometers. The park covers 90 square kilometers or 56,250 rai of land area. Its beaches are 13 kilometers long and is inclusive of these four beaches:

Nai Yang Beach (หาดในยาง) (Phuket)

Nai Yang Beach is a long curved bay fringed with tall palm trees and is popular spot for locals who come to pick nick and very relaxing on their free time.

There is a large coral reef formation that provides a natural habitat for marine species, particularly the sea tortoises which come to lay eggs from November to February.


Nai Yang Beach is located nearby Hat Sirinath Marine National park's office.

Mangrove Forest (ป่าชายเลน ) (Phuket)

Mangrove Forest takes up 800 rais of land area. Plants found here include Rhizopora Apiculata Blume, Ceriopa Tagal, Avicennia Officinalis, Bruguiera Cylindrical and more.

There are also various animal species living here and visitors often enjoy the nature trails with signs providing information about the mangrove forest. The area is quite pleasant fora relaxing trip.

Mangrove Forest is located within Sirinath Natinal Park around Chatchai Port.
