Welcome to t-Globe thaisouth

t-Globe.com is the travel guide website for all our travelling friends to Thailand researched and written by travel experts in Thailand.
This is the first website of its kind and is designed so you can produce your own tailor-made Thailand travel guide book leisurely on your own computer. Then print it out and use it as your personal Thailand travel guide book for all your travels in this amazing country.

This unique website was envisioned over 4 years ago by a German travel writer who had researched and written over 20 Thailand travel guide books since 1987 for a handfull of  publishers worldwide.
His first ideas went online in September 2006 in the German website  www.webtravelthailand.net  titled "Our Vision".
He intended to call his Travel Guide Book "Lovely Planet Thailand" in honor of his friend Khun Varisorn who has since become one of the top ecology experts in Thailand.
On May 27, 2009, the first demo version of "Doring's Chumphon Travel Guide" went online in English (see here) and is still there as a historical document, almost forgotten by Mr. Doring himself. But still remembered by Google which presents it in first position out of 76,900 results when entering these keywords:
Travel Guide Book Chumphon.
This demonstrates his belief that good content will always and forever reach the top.
In order to produce good content a dedicated team of expert researchers is an absolute necessity for a huge touristic country as Thailand.
He was very fortunate to find over 20 passionate friends to make up a creative team of Thais and foreigners whose common aim is to generate this Thailand travel website.
