| By Bus to Phuket Airport A few years ago getting to Phuket Airport was only by taxi, hotel limousines and busses, and a Thai Airways minibus from Phuket Town Center. Lately two new bus services have started: Between the Airport and Patong Beach by Phuket Airport Express Bus, and between the Airport and the Bus Terminal by Airport Bus Phuket. |  |
| Phuket Airport Express Bus has three busses leaving 9 times per day every 1 to 2 hours from Patong Beach between 8 am and 19 hours passing Tesco Lotus, the Boat Lagoon and Lotus Thalang. The trip takes about 2 hours. The fare is 120 Baht from Patong, 50 Baht from Thalang. |  |  |

| Airport Bus Phuket (The Orange Bus) leaves the new Phuket Bus Terminal (Platform 7) 7 times per day from 7 am to 18.30 hours. It passes Central, Big C, the Boat Lagoon, and Thalang. The trip takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. The fare from the Bus Terminal to the Airport is 100 Baht. |  |  |
