Pakbara has a long tradition with bungalows and restaurants along the beach, as the wide road from La-Ngu affords easy access to the beautiful beach.
The restaurants along the beach are famous for their excellent seafood. The bungalows are cheap with a certain amount of comfort and often with a splendid view of the sea. 
Bungalows for backpackers were built nearer to the pier along the river mouth beach.

            Laguna Resort
The choices of accommodation in Pakbara are either on the beach or on the road side, almost all of them have their own restaurant. Most of the rooms and bungalows are equipped with private bathroom and fan, but without mosquito net, even though there are many mosquitoes around.

Family bungalows are also available, for 4 people - 1800 Baht and for 8 people - 2500 Baht. The restaurant serves Thai food and specially fresh seafood from the fisherman's village nearby.
The resort can be reached by speedboat from Pakbara pier or by car from La-Ngu.
