Buses and minivans depart from Krabi Bus Station, which is located in Talad Kao, about 4 km outside the center of town.

By Minibus

Minibuses also called minivans go to all tourist destinations in the south. Minibuses arrive at the bus station in Talad Kao, just take a Sontheaw or taxi from there.

Our tables show the departure times from Krabi. Generally these minivans depart from most other destinations at 8 and 11 am. Fares and travel times are the same for the opposite direction.

By Train

Trains run from Bangkok to Surat Thani (Phunpin Station) .

Connecting buses arrive at Krabi bus station in Talad Kao.

Take a Songthaew or a taxi to Krabi Town.

Alternatively take a minibus from Surat Thani train station.

By Boat and Ferry

The boats from Koh Phi Phi, Koh Lanta, Koh Jum and Phuket arrive at the Passenger Pier, which is ca. 7 kilometers from Krabi Town.

Take a taxi or Songthaew (30 baht) to the town.

Long tail Boats from Rai Leh arrive at the old Chao Fah Pier in the city center.
