Bantoey Restaurant near the Krabi River just before the Marina, has a lovely sunset view. The Restaurant offers authentic Thai Cuisine, especially fish and seafood dishes. Also non fish eaters find a good choice on the menu, i.e. Mo Thod Bai Makrut (fried pork with kaffir lime leaves) or Phat King Gai (stir fried chicken with vegetables and ginger). The staff speak hardly any English, however they are friendly and attentive.

A must try is Yum MAkue, an eggplant salad and Yum Sod Ghood - an edible fern salad with dried fish and cashew nuts. Ruen Mai Restaurant is nicely decorated and open for lunch and dinner.
