Ao Lek Bungalows are a friendly resort overlooking the sea. It is managed by Jee, she gives a genuine warm welcome and takes care of her guests very well. Located about in the middle of Ao Siad, access by stairs leading up from the beach. 6 nice wooden or concrete bungalows, all with private bathroom, in a lovely garden shaded by large trees, beautiful sea view. Jee cooks delicious Thai and western food, generous portions, and her husband Pae likes to go fishing, so you can enjoy the 'catch of the day', such as Barracuda steaks. At Ao Lek Bungalows you can feel easily like home, suitable for families as well.

Green Banana Bar is a nice beach bar with artistically designed furniture using driftwood and other natural materials. Lovely bathrooms with plants and many creative ideas. Different and comfortable seating either to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at night. There are 4 new simple wooden and bamboo bungalows, equipped with mattress and mosquito net. The owners Kae and Arm are very friendly and helpful. Usually there is music in the evening.

N&X Bungalows are a popular family-run place, quietly located at the far southern end of Ao Siad, on a small bay with a sandy beach. The rocks either side of the resort are good for snorkelling around and for fishing. N&X has about 10 simple wooden bungalows with attached bathrooms, directly on the beach or dotted around a cashew plantation on the hill, all with an excellent sea view. Some of them are in need of repair, however, the warm atmosphere and the kindness of the owners makes up for some material insufficiency. Many regulars who enjoy N&X Bungalows like a second home. Managed by the son N and his girlfriend Ta who cooks lovely Thai and western food, very large portions; sometimes you can have a family dinner with them.

Between Candle and Ao Lek Bungalows, newly built Yamvana Bungalows offering 4 large wooden bungalows, situated in 2 double bungalows, equipped with mosquito net and fan. Beautiful restaurant right on the beach with Thai and international cuisine. Family-run business, managed by Mr. Joe who speaks English very well.
